Training

Recruitment in the Security Sector

At CSL we offer training for all aspects via our in house training provider CSL Training or sourced through our comprehensive list of approved training providers.

Training is held in the highest regard by CSL, both under new legislation for staff entering the industry and for the development of current staff. We aim to fulfil our mission statement in the development of our team.

CSL, help in advising not only our new staff but also others with the guidance needed to gain their license.

Since the introduction of the Security Industry Authority (SIA) legislation in April 2004, all potential staff seeking employment with CSL must undergo full training to meet and comply with the SIA national standards.

We offer training in the following areas:

Vetting
As an ACS approved contractor with operating standards to ISO-9001 – CSL vet all applicants to BS 7858
